Sheila became interested in the therapeutic field in the mid 1990’s when she was working as a HR Manager. She is a qualified and senior accredited Psychotherapist (Bacp), Coach and Supervisor.

She has taught counselling students and communication skills, as well as having worked in a wide range of corporate and public organisations. She possesses diverse experience as a trainer in stress management, resilience, dealing with trauma, employee assistance and health & well-being. She is an on-site facilitator, work place mediation provider and group moderator.
