Indu is a highly qualified and experienced Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Supervisor and Workshop Facilitator.
“I am a great believer in each person having the resilience and resources within them that they need to fulfill their potential. They just sometimes need a little external help to access these qualities as they get buried beneath life experiences. Let me be your co-archeologist and support.”
Having worked in the fields of psychological wellbeing for 20+ years, she has supported individuals on their journey to wellbeing, provided consultations for other professionals, and facilitated training workshops for a range of organisations within the charitable sector, the NHS and through her own business.
Indu’s perspective is influenced by creative methodologies, an interest inspired and underpinned by her Masters in Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy, which was from a creative and Sufi tradition, and more recently her Masters in Creative Writing. Her approach is also informed by her personal experience of managing her Multiple Sclerosis.
Indu has been with the NHS for over 10 years and has now reached a position where she feels ready to provide Life Coaching and Counseling / Psychotherapy for others struggling with life-long health conditions. She is a strong proponent of the people that form the life-blood of businesses and believes that they often get missed in the minds of business-owners – especially those that are affected by life-long conditions.
Indu focuses her attentions on the people that make the businesses happen. If people are happier in their lives and work, they will naturally inject more into their work and thus the business too will reap the rewards. As well as working with individuals, Indu can help businesses work with the people to pinpoint strengths within roles and identify complementary niches within the business to facilitate greater mutual benefit.
