Veronica is a specialist in women’s health over 40, helping women professionals to regain their energy and boost their everyday health and performance.
Having completed her five year honours degree in Nutritional Therapy and working on the basis of Functional Medicine, Veronica runs workshops and works one-on-one with clients, including topics such as stress and the menopause. She helps them make practical changes to rebalance their hormones, firstly through diet and lifestyle, profoundly impacting on quality of life and the ability to perform both at work and at home.
Veronica is also the UK’s 1st Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Prior to working in health, she worked with executives and senior management as an Executive Coach, focusing on personal leadership, and speaking at many events, including the QS Women in Leadership Forums in Paris, Munich and Amsterdam, the Capital Women’s Forum, and Women in Banking & Finance.
Originally a chartered accountant, with a successful career in investment banking, she holds an MBA from the Open University, an Associate Certified Meta-Coach (ACMC), and a graduate of both Corporate Coach University International and Coach University. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and an AFMCP™-UK Graduate (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice).
Veronica is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and a member of both The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). She is also a tutor at her previous nutrition college (BCNH) for second year diploma students in Nutritional Therapy and a volunteer for BANT.
